The TycoonMobile privacy policy identifies the information TycoonMobile may collect regarding TycoonMobile customers (vendors) and the customers of those vendors (end-users/[patrons), how TycoonMobile may use that information, potential disclosure of information, and the choices afforded both vendors and end-users.
This TycoonMobile privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies mBlox does not own or control, or to people mBlox does not employ or manage.

Information Collection (End-User)

End-Users will contact TycoonMobile exclusively via text message. The SMS to a short-code number and corresponding key-word will auto-capture the end-user’s mobile phone number into the TycoonMobile database. Each initial contact from an end-user to TycoonMobile will result in an immediate response text message from TycoonMobile providing information about the services provided, contact information, and declination of service information.
The initial contact text message from the end-user to TycoonMobile will provide a confirmed Opt-In for TycoonMobile services including use of the end-user’s mobile phone number for very defined services, specifically:

• TycoonMobile will transmit advertising and coupons to the end-user adhering to stringent Federal Communications Commission policies and all mobile message aggregator policies
• TycoonMobile will use the end-user’s information for business trending, reporting, and analysis solely and specifically for TycoonMobile business practices

Information Collection (Vendor)

Vendors will register with TycoonMobile for services provided to the vendor’s customer base, defined as end-users. All Vendor information gathered during the registration, sign-up, and contract process will not avail to any party and will never subject to view or review by any person or entity not branded a TycoonMobile employee.
All end-user information gathered by TycoonMobile will reside in databases specific and segregated to the specific vendor, not available, accessible, viewable, or identified by any other vendor or party.

Information Use

TycoonMobile reserves the right to use end-user mobile phone numbers for all defined services stated above. TycoonMobile reserves the right to request end-users for additional personal and demographic information to provide the highest levels of customer service, viability of product service, and estimation of greatest vendor/end-user benefit.
TycoonMobile may also use vendor/end-user  information for the following general purposes:

• Product/Services requests/fulfillment 
• Customer Service
• Informational contacts for new promotions, products and/or services
• Reporting purposes for external partners such as mobile telephone companies, providers of mobile content or services, and government agencies regulating mobile messaging
• Response to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or to establish or exercise TycoonMobile legal rights or defend against legal claims

TycoonMobile  limits access to any vendor or end-user personally identifiable information to employees only specifically requiring access to provide services to TycoonMobile vendors/end-users or do their jobs.
TycoonMobile engineers all solutions and corporate systems to guard against unauthorized/unlawful processing of vendor/end-user personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, vendor/end-user personal data. TycoonMobile employs stringent and best-practice security measures at all layers of implemented technology to provide the greatest limitation of potential breach and the highest level of data protection.

Changes to this Policy

The TycoonMobile Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time. Please review the privacy policy regularly for any changes.
